Hello me again found a truck load more photos of Tay Tay and KStew fun jet boating today.....oh and did you know they also crammed in a trip to Featherdale? I wish I had decided to go out there today rather than tackle Saturday crowds at the Aquarium and Wildlife world this weekend!!! Love it....love the I'm not in control stance and tone....I'm gonna take that to bed with me use that material in my next dream.....sooo need to watch those MTV awards! Oh and I think Tom Cruise was in it too LOL I was too busy looking at Rob!! Might need to watch it for the 5th time just to make sure!

Got some news a little earlier today via twitter that Kristen Stewart and Taylor Lautner arrived this morning with the birds at around 6am.  According to hollywoodtreatment.net the pair caused quite a frenzy with both pap's and fans. Read the whole article here.

As you know they are here for a quick publicity tour and part of which is the Intimate Q&A on tomorrow night at Luna Park which Carls, Fi and I are going to be viewing at "Blackers" Hoyts.  We'll be sitting back in comfort to take it all in with popcorn and coke in hand dreaming of actually being there amongst the chaos and excitement.  Unfotunately none of us won a ticket to be there so we'll have to our submit a questions and hope that they get picked so it feels like we were really a part of it all.  We'll be sure to take lots of photos and notes so that we can check back in with a complete play by play!  Fingers crossed Richard "Dick"Wilkins doesn't carry on like one! (can I say that?)

Meanwhile our preferred choice of interviewer SydneyTwiMum aka Gen unfortunatley hasn't as yet had any luck with her campaign so she has decided to brave the masses and head to Luna Park and the red carpet to hopefully catch a glimpse and a few photos.  Best of luck chicky fingers crossed it doesn't rain! Its a shame that she didn't get her opportunity maybe next time!! Thanks to all our readers that jumped on the campaign train I know Gen really appreciated it! Maybe she might score some great photos and let us post a couple?? Robert Patz as Jacob - Water for Elephants

Since hearing about the whole RPatz head shave thing some pics have surfaced from the set of Water for Elephants.  All I can say is screw the Elephants I think I need some water! Talk about hawt! What is it about a little bit of dirt? and an open collar?  I know in an earlier post I wasn't sure about the whole new "boyish" style, mainly because I was happy with my Robward fantasies they were but I have to admit I think I might be flip flopping to Team Jacob with these shots!....I still love you Rob!

Having not heard about the book until now here's a bit about the story:

"As a young man, Jacob Jankowski (Robert Pattinson) was tossed by fate onto a rickety train that was home to the Benzini Brothers Most Spectacular Show on Earth. It was the early part of the great Depression, and for Jacob, now ninety, the circus world he remembers was both his salvation and a living hell. A veterinary student just shy of a degree, he was put in charge of caring for the circus menagerie.  It was there that he met Marlena (Reese Witherspoon), the beautiful equestrian star married to August (Christopher Waltz), the charismatic but twisted animal trainer. And he met Rosie, an untrainable elephant who was the great gray hope for this third-rate traveling show. The bond that grew among this unlikely trio was one of love and trust, and, ultimately, it was their only hope for survival.

In other Rob news the UK National Movie awards were held yesterday and Rob picked up the award for "Performance of the year". Here is a clip of him making his acceptance speech via video whilst on the set for Water for Elephants:

Intimate Q&A with Kristen and Taylor...

So, I found this  notification from Hoyts in my inbox today and I immediately did my little happy dance... like I always do when something Twi-related hits my box ;) And then I read the deets - Hoyts is hosting and screening a live and 'intimate' interview with Kristen and Taylor on May 31st, followed by a New Moon screening... and we're invited! By intimate, though, they mean it's just us, cinemas full of Twi-fans country wide and - wait for it - Richard Wilkins. Hang on a minute...Richard Wilkins? That's kind of killed it for me, ya know? I mean, I'm sure he's a nice guy and all... but c'mon, could we not choose someone with a bit of Twi-DNA for such a monumental task? Someone like, for instance,

our friend and TWI-Jedi Genevieve Begg!!!

As you can see, she already has experience in this area. Here she is getting 'intimate' with Kellan Lutz...

Bula! Mini E Returns...

We're Back!!!

To be honest, I wasn't sure about taking Mini E with me to Fiji... it just might not have been safe! I mean, the sun is the obvious complication, but even worse for Mini E would have been the lack of "big game"to snack on during the week. However, after re-reading Eclipse I was inspired. Edward himself manages a trip to sunny Jacksonville without incident... so why not Mini E?

It turns out that Fiji was a wonderful choice! Time means nothing to Vampires, so Fiji was the perfect place to take Mini E because time means nothing there either! Of course, we were not alone. The entire family (DH and the mini humans) came along as well which made things a little uncomfortable at times considering DH and Mini E are still learning to co-exist.

Having said that, I do believe that real progress was made by forcing my two "halves" together  a-la "tent scene" in Eclipse. I dare say I witnessed several genuine moments of  bonding! We actually managed to do all sorts of things together, with Mini E even braving being exposed in broad daylight to join us on a few expeditions...

The flight was fantastic, but apparently not up to Mini E's standards...

Dammit! Why didn't you let me buy those first class tickets... they are showing New Moon up there!!

Hmmm More Complications...

Mini E and I took the opportunity to reenact one of our fave New Moon scenes... the drowning. I thought Mini E's bubbles made for a realistic interpretation!

Sadly, though, all good things come to an end. It actually rained as we left Fiji, making Mini E quite homesick for Forks. Perhaps we will go there for our next vacation?

Impossible, I can't return for another 80yrs or so - people will become suspicious!

So, there you have it. Our first vacation together - Ahhh the memories!  Now that we are back we are in serious countdown mode. Seriously! This next month is PACKED full of breathtakingly exciting releases... there's the Novella, the soundtrack, True Blood Season 3 starts and the next Sookie Stackhouse book is released in Australia. My Edward we have a lot to get through! Thankfully I am relaxed after my time away and didn't miss a single thing thanks to Ally Mac and her dedicated blogging! So, JUNE - I am ready for all the gifts you are going to bestow upon us... BRING.IT.ON!

RPatz Shaves his head........OME!

In celebrity news on the radio coming home from work on Tuesday night I heard devastating news.....Robert Pattinson shaves head! I litterally gasped out loud....I was mortified, I straight away thought oh goddd nooo what about all the fantasies....they'd all have to be reconsidered now....they couldn't have me running my hands through his hair or grabbing a hold of it? What now? Do we have to resort to playful Nooogies? Ohhh that soo ain't the same! Oh and another thing I want you to stop and have a little think about all those delicious pics with is hands in his hair staring right at you through the ether with the "you want me face" they just make you wanna lick the screen don't they?.....his hair was his signature? No? We all loved his hair and loved it being there all "de-constructed" calling to you to slide it through your finger tips........*sniff sniff* now its gone.......

Let me take a breathe and adjust in my seat...so this is the first chance I've had since hearing the devasting news to jump on the net and look into this atrocity and well the first headline I come up with is: Robert Pattinson Tells Ellen "Terrible Infestation of Nits" Led Him to Cut His Hair.....NOOOOOO! Without having read anything else I'm like is this for real WTF how the hell does Rpatz get headlice? Seriously he's not in kindy or prep! Is he being funny or did he seriously get a bad case of the scratchies?? Straight away I think of this guy I dated who I thought was the best thing EVAAA, turns out he wasn't but he had nits too at one point and its grose! Wash your hair....or something just do what you need to do to get rid of them and don't let them keep breeding! (Blurghh I have a funny vomit taste in my mouth!)  Look I know that they are part of life and well lets face it we've all had them but how does it get to the point that its a TERRIBLE infestation? Makes me think the rumours about no wash wash hair hair MR Pattinson might be true??? 

So now I've had my rant I've read on and it turns out that he did it for the new movie that he's in with Reese Witherspoon, Water for Elephants! Phew I am more than happy with this but I'm not sure I'm digging the new look...what do yo think? Bit school boyish? Heres hoping that he grows it back in time for Breaking Dawn.....we don't need anymore wigs on that set!!!!

OME! Need a hit??? We've got what you need.................

So today I rise at the vamply hour of 4am to venture to sunny Victoria to visit the MIL when I check out the net via my iPhone for my daily dose of twi crack! When OME I realise that while Australia lays asleep the net is being overstocked with fresh meat! Are you pregnant and considered naming your unborn after a Twilight character....or maybe you just dream about having another baby just so you can name them after one of them?



Well according to new stats in the US Isabella (Bellas full name) has taken out the most popular girls name for 2009. What the?? This got me wondering where does Isabella sit in popularity with the rest of the world? So I went and did a little research below is what I came up with:

USA - Number one. Apparently according to social security stats over 22000 new baby girls were named Isabella.

Are you shocked? Or not suprised? I don't think I'm suprised cause lets face it I've thought about calling another baby by a twilight character's name not specifically but nonetheless had the thought! But woah what an impact this little series has had! AMAZING! I guess I'm a little disappointed that my beloved Edward hasn't made the top ten list anywhere...but it was in the 1901 US top ten!
